Jabra Earbuds Light Colors Explained
Jabra: White LED only. Single white blink = on and connected. Two white blinks = on, not connected. Rapid white blink = pairing mode. No LED during active audio = battery conserved.
Earbuds Red and Blue Alternating Light (Pairing Mode)
Jabra: Jabra uses blue-red alternating for pairing mode, same as the industry standard. Pairing mode is entered by holding the button for 3 seconds when the earbuds are disconnected.
Earbuds Solid Red Light (Low Battery or Charging)
Jabra: Red flashing = critically low battery, will shut down in under 5 minutes. Solid red inside case = charging in progress.
Earbuds Blinking White or Blue Light — Connected
Jabra: Blue blink = connected. Jabra also uses a brief blue flash when you receive a call. The Jabra Elite 10 has a more subtle LED — the blink can be hard to see in daylight.
One Earbud Not Working, Silent, or Not Charging
Jabra: Jabra earbuds can be used as mono (single earbud) intentionally. If one is silent, open the Jabra Sound+ app — 'Mono Mode' may be enabled. Otherwise, check charging contacts.
Earbuds Blinking Red Rapidly — Critical Error or Low Battery
Jabra: Jabra uses rapid red/amber blink for low battery below 10%. Also blinks red rapidly during a firmware update error (interrupted update). Jabra Sound+ app shows which is occurring.
